I hope the PS2, Game Cube & X-Box war is like the cola war and that all 3 companys pull an equal amount and keep a nice competitive balance.  Remember, Football players who have no competition get fat & lazy.

I think if one company takes over, the games will become garbage.

Not necessarily true, maybe the games made by the maker of the console. I still agree that there should be a decent amount of competition b/c if not, the console prices will be jacked up and won\'t be mucht he consumer can do about it.
