xbox vs. ps2

i found out that i am getting the ps2 for christmas.  the main reason i am getting it is because i want to play grand turismo 3.

Question 1: should i have it returned to get the xbox, its the same price where i am 299.99.

Question 2: will they have grand turismo 3 for the xbox?

No, I would definitely return the PS2 and get XBox, Gran Turismo 3X for XBox comes out in about 10 days, I can\'t wait!

No, GT3 will never be on the Xbox. Keep the PS2 and you\'ll end up with a nice addictive game called GTA3 (sometimes mistaken as GT3...but it\'s Grand Theft Auto 3). That game will suck you in. No other game allows you to pick up whores, beat up pimps, kill mafioso, shoot cops, shoot homies and flick off cars. :D The game can only be found in a few select stores like El.Bo.

Also, FF10 will be out by Dec26th in limited numbers until the Official-OFFICIAL release date in January. Also, ask for Ace Combat 4 from Santa.

i have decided to keep the ps2 not just gt3 but after talking to many people that have both systems say they still prefer the ps2.

some people have been saying that the xbox overheats alot which does not suprise me.
