Cant Sleep - Reoccuring Dreams?

Greetings.


 Well, its 6:49 AM here (EST) and I keep manfesting this same damn dream! Let me explain a bit better:

1) I\'ll fall asleep...zzZZzz
2) I\'ll begin to have the dream (cant quite make it out)
3) I\'ll suddenly sit up, and wake up, but then i\'ll doze off again and have the dream, but this time I\'m like freak\'ish. I\'ll be staring at the T.V (25 \'\') and then like trance into the dream...

(Edit) Oh and in the third step, I\'ll be cautious about the dream, but I\'m still able to see the t.v. so its like virtual reality dream.)


I have no idea what is happening to me! GRRRRRrrrr! First time something like this has occurs, let\'s just hope it doesnt happen tomorrow!


Okay, sorry I had to post something, I couldnt explain it in RL well to my family(they looked at me extremely strangly), I think this is the first step of going illegally mental!

A form of lucid dreaming which is when you realize you are dreaming. Once you realize you are dreaming you can also take control over that dream. It actually happens to everyone sometimes and if you want, you can research some information on it , so that you can do it more often and even at will..

It is normal to be freaked out at first though. You are not going insane.
