WooHoo! Viva la Reveloution!!!

Xbox is going to get it\'s own version of Linux. This is just one site out of a good sized community that\'s started up recently after the Xbox launch. With the versitility of the Xbox HDD and it\'s "off the shelf" PC components, alot of techhead have been tinkering with it and improving it fairly easily. This, more than any of the games currently available or comming out, inspires me to buy an Xbox. At least these programs and tweaks are going to be something unique and special to the Xbox... and more than worth the price paid to experience these modification you can find nowhere else in the console world.

SonyFan, now thats great news!  You know the part "I think we find out how the HD-Protection of the Xbox work"  I found a site that did extracting the HD password from an XBox hard drive is that the same thing?  I wanted to post this long time a ago but I though the mods won\'t like the word HACK on the board but I\'ve save the site in my favorites.

Damn! The sites works but the forum don\'t.   I just tryed to go in the forum at that and I get a page that says "Forbidden" You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server.   WTF!!

  If you think I\'m BS about I knew about the Hacking information then heres my prof.  I posted in Gaming Age to a poster about the this Hacking info and I didn\'t want to give it out to anyone else.  So lots of people wanted me to e-mail the link but I told them to get it from the surfer dude.  The surfer dude just change the topic to the link of the Hacking website from "oxygen...do you know any x box secrets?".

I just keep this info on the Xbox Hacking to myself.  Sorry for all this post but I had to get it out.

Right now you can connect with a box set up as a router.  An X-box is connected via ethernet to a PC running linux set up for VPN.

Some guys over at Team-Xbox had a huge thread about this months ago.  Looks like they figured it out.
