If these really are ingame character models, then they\'re from the Xbox version.  You can tell by the self-shadowing (most obvious on the girl\'s hip and inner thigh).

they are pre-rended

and IronFist (i cant remember the name) but there is a game being developed on PS2 that actually uses self shadowing...i remember various forums making a big deal out of it due to the fact that no one knew that it could be done..

Actually we are all wrong, its just Pre rendering of the original Line up

here the link to the Free redical site

Pre renders

nie for TIMESPLITTER FANS like me

Still i have looked every closely between them renders and the TS2 pictures for the PS2 and they are VERY close(infact identical in detail ) , so maybe free radical have updated the orignal charaters for inclusion in the Second TS game.

i hope so.

in fact with a interview with the developers made by PSM2 mag( a UK mag)
they sais that they have the Playability and speed running were they want it , i.e at a silky smoove 60 FPS and the fact that they are using a new method for dtermining bottlenecks to increase  the detail further.

they sayed they will keep working on it till they are satisfed with the quality of the graphics.

and for a Fact we have seen a positive improvement in the quality of the screen since it was first reveled to us.

but i supose i be flamed and people telling me it will be impossible for the PS2 to do them graphics ....... i mean this forum is full of top of the range Software developers who actually have a PS2 dev kit  that was aimed at the Tech heads in here.

Those graphics are even beyond the xbox; I\'ll believe it when I see it.

Didn\'t Sonic Adventure 2 on DC have self-shadowing? It isn\'t an impressive feat, IMO.

Did any of you the play the demo released with OPM?  It is looking a lot better than Timesplitters1 and the demo was made in September.  The single player seems to be shaping up too.

I\'ll wait til I see some actual in-game footage or screens before I can say which console it is on. Those are just renderings I need more  pass judgement.
