What should I do??
« on: March 12, 2002, 11:47:51 AM »
Gamecube fans...I\'m thinking about trading in my PS2 for a GC.  Pikmin, Super Monkey Ball, Wave Race, and Super Smash Bros. look really appealing.  Then Super Metroid (I really want this game) Resident Evil series, and Star Fox will be out later...and now Square has some games in developement which is really good.

But I might want to keep my PS2 for Star Ocean 3 and Final Fantasy XII...when are these two games suppose to be released?  Anyone know?

I have someone who wants to buy my PS2 for full price, granted I give him the memory card and one game for free.  Still, that\'s a good deal...

I have until the end of the week to make a decision...

Well, the thing is I don\'t have room for a 3rd console, in my room anyway...and I feel like there\'s not much in store for me this year on the PS2 besides Star Ocean 3, FFXII, and Evil Twin... but those look like really good games, but then again so does Metroid and Star Fox...bah!!

My entertainment center is full...  I could get the vertical stand for my PS2 and move a few things around though...

I think I remember reading that the PS2 scratches CD\'s when it\'s vertical...any truth to that?

anyhoo i know this will sound strange, but why don\'t you get the dimentions of the Gamcube and measure to see if it will fit before you make your mind up.

Keep your PS2 and get the GC later when Metroid comes out.  Maybe by then you can get a bigger Entertainment Center;)

Geez, don\'t get rid of your PS2.  Like has been said a GC is not the large.  Keep them both.
Language services three functions. The first is to
communicate ideas. The second is to conceal ideas. The
third is to conceal the absence of ideas.

Aside from Square, I could have told you that months ago.

Keep the PS2, but get the \'Cube too.

Unless you can emulate it at full speed on your computer, it\'s not worth selling it.

I really regret selling my N64 to get a DC.. I mean, the DC is awesome.. but I should\'a kept the N64 too.
