Looks pretty good, but they need to work on upping the Polygon count and putting more details in the textures before I could say that I\'m anywhere near impressed. The Anime Cel-shaded style doesn\'t bother me in the least.

They put an overlaying texture across the entire screen, giving it a more blocky, more "old west" look.

These are final shots, the game is already out in Japan, but it will take a while to come here, b/c of the voice overs in the animation sequences.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there happens to be no voice acting in any of the scenes... =P  Actually, so far there hasn\'t been any anime or pre-rendered scenes at all in the game.  Hopefully there will be one at the end, but I doubt there will be any voice in that part either.  So far, the whole game is based on reading alone, and there hasn\'t been anything of voice.. =P  The only anime scene that\'s available is one that you see whenever you load a game off the memory card.
blah blah blah, blah blah blah
Oh just shut up and quit your gripin\'

Oh!  Since the opening scene had some animation and it\'s taking FOREVER to come to the US, I just assumed that the reasone must be voice-acted cut-scenes.

Oh well, thanks for clearing that up!

The WA series was never about graphics. One and two had mediocre graphics even by PSX standards.

I think WA3\'s graphics are fine, not great but I don\'t care. To me the WA games have always been heavy on the gameplay.
....and kick ass theme music....:)
