What servers do you use to play MOHAA online?

Hello

I have been playing Medal of Honor online, i started using gamespy, but i couldn\'t get that to work very good, i got very bad lag.
So i started using All seeing Eye, which has been great, i had a free-for-all last night, with 15 people, and i am on 56k and it was really good, hardly any lag, i got a ping around 200 which isn\'t bad for 56k where i live.
SO i just wondered if there are any other servers like gamespy and all seeing eye that you know of?

Also does anyone know of a good website for tweaking............modems? so that i can get the best i can out of my 56k?
