Puzzle Bobble Here, you can sign up for a new (free), beta account. Most of it\'s in Japanese, but the important stuff is in english, and there is an english server. You will have to put in your name, email, choose a nick, and password. 8 meg download. Very, very addicitve game... hope to see some of you on the second shard (tomrow), I\'m FatalX (10 letter limit).
You should check it out.It\'s free, and in open beta right now. However, it is also in japanese, but there are enough english players that you might actually find some to play with, and all the key things are in english anyway. =) Here\'s a relatively short guide to making a new account (it\'s simple, but here\'s some help, in case you get confused).
1. Click on the big, red bubble that says Login.
2. To make a name, click on the red button that says ID(something).
3. here\'s how this one goes.
blank 1: Username desired.
blank 2: name (first, probably)
blank 3: password
blank 4: retype in your password
blank 5: enter the hint you want for your password
blank 6: enter the answer to your hint.
blank 7: email address (they don\'t appear to send you anything)
then it\'ll load a page with your username, password, and email if you had no problems, or a page with some text if you didn\'t (just hit back, and change some things).
5. Then you\'ll be back at the login page, where the first blank is your username, and the second is your password. Standard stuff. put it in, hit enter.
6. Hit start
7. Wait a minute, if it doesn\'t prompt you to install anything, then hit retry, and wait a little longer. It usually goes right away. It\'s a little over a 7 meg download. Then, every time you get to this page from now on, it\'ll start the game, with it\'s wonderful brand of music and sound effects.
That\'s it. Play around with it, and you\'ll figure out most of the rest, or just ask some questions when people (who speak english) are around, and you\'ll usually get your answers.
Oh, and, sending bubbles to yourself (left click) removes bubbles, while sending them to others adds bubbles. 2 line and 4 line are line deletes (right click to send them). A,B,C are teams, S is single, and that\'s about it.
