A woman claims Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger lured her into a hotel room, then sexually assaulted her, according to a new lawsuit.

Andrea McNulty claims in her civil lawsuit filed in Washoe County, Nevada, this year\'s Super Bowl winner asked her to come to his hotel room in July, 2008 -- and then forced her to have sex with him.

McNulty -- an employee at the Harrah\'s Hotel in Lake Tahoe -- is suing for sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress.

Ben denies all of McNulty\'s allegations. Roethlisberger\'s lawyer told ProFootballTalk.com, "The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct."

 I think no matter who it is in the NFL all these guys seem to run into trouble.

if i were me and i was willing to admit i was raped the first thing i would be concerned about would seeing the rapist put in jail. but then again i\'m not a gold-digging whore....

Perhaps she\'s a victim seeking justice, but also a Steelers fan who wouldn\'t want the QB sidelined with jailtime.

You\'re saying her loyalty to the Steelers would outweigh her desire to see the rapist prosecuted?

when women allow themselves to be " lured into hotel rooms" with men they don\'t know (especially in the case of celebrities), they should forfeit the right to press charges if/when the situation gets out of hand.

I am pretty sure the whore that tried to ruin kobe bryant would object to that. But I don\'t believe this women I am all for Ben he was great in the superbowl. They won screw her twice

This happened a year ago and she\'s just now filing charges?.....the judge is gonna take that lawsuit and turn it into a paper football and kick it between this chick\'s leg\'s and yell "touchdown"...and throw her and this idiotic lawsuit out.

Im not saying he didnt rap her. All I am saying is man you see this time and time again. These females trying to get over. This was over a year ago. If big ben throws her a couple million she will forget all about the sexual asault.
