can someone help me out here if there is game for PS2 n its online what does it mean u can put the disc in your computer and play it online or what... cuz i just read the thread bout madden 03 n how u can get updated rosters n it got me curious

well,
1. no u cant play them on yer PC
2. in order to download/update, rosters/cars/tracks/etc.... you are going to need the HDD.

Sony is releasing a Network adapter that allows your ps2 to go online. the release date is something like august 27 i think.

have you ever stuck a cd into a hard drive?

the HDD (Hard Disk Drive) is like the one in yer PC
it will slide into the port on the back of yer PS2

it will be required for games like Final Fantasy 11

but will provide additional functions for other games like madden 2003 and so on
