this is something I\'ve been messing around with... not done yet... hope this works... please criticise... I need some suggestions as to what to do with the bottom of the arch.

Put candles on the wall. Or fire in the fireplace. It needs flames. It looks great.

I just got that program, don\'t know what the heck I\'m doing. I have no idea how to map-in textures. If I ever figure it out I\'ll post some k.a. stuff I\'m sure.

I have an artificial GI lighting setup ( a dome of spots...)

I was thinking of a stepped tier of candles in that space,dajo..

still figgin\' how to do it..

please more crits..

Lit candles always always look good in that sort of scene.

I was also thinking about modelling the "shards of Narsil" (anyone? anyone?) and placing them on a pedestal in front of the arch, then using some depth of field effects... maybe later tonite I\'ll post a wireframe. I used some very high poly meshes in order to get the detail on the celtic crap. ( those are NOT just bump maps.... :eek: )

looks good, except for the fire place, i dunno it just goes black, you should be able to see further back into it

it\'s not really a fireplace (I think...) I just started messing around and made the plaque. then I figured it would be a tomb or a shrine or something. that black space is where I gotta figure out what to put next. The candles are a good idea, like on steps like at a church. As soon as I find some time, I\'ll work on it...
