NHL2k3 .vs. NHL 2003

Let the games begin!

I have never played NHL2k\'s but i have heard that they are better...at least 2k2.  More if a simulation and that EA is all arcady.

I have played all the verisons of EA NHL xxxx and yes...a couple were very unrealistic.  Although this years version, 2003, is quite a game.  The goalies have so many more anamations in them.  They still will let the puck sit there in front of them...but it is still a improvement.  The dekes are very very very unrealistic...but they also feel so good to fake someone out of there socks.  

Since my friend has 2003...i am already leaning to change with 2k3....it may very well come down to, IMO, the worst feature 2003 has.  COMMENTARY.

Im a little dissapointed with NHL 2003, its esencially the same game.  I do like the new goalie AI and puck physics.  I dont know, maybe I was expecting too much.  I like what I heard about NHL 2K3, I\'ll probably buy it cause I cant get enough hockey!!!!!!!!

I\'m gonna go with 2K3 this year after a long run with EA. Personally I don\'t see the point in getting NHL 2003 if it\'s the same thing as 2002 but with updated rosters. Too bad i have to wait an extra month until 2K3 comes out.

lOl...the thing is...the rosters arent even that updated.  I mean drury and yelle havent been traded...and more trades are being made as we speak.

well, that trade happend like 3 days before 2003 came out, so thats understandable.....but Bryan Bernard is STILL on the rangers roster!!!!! that happend awhile ago and still couldnt get it in.  Joseph doesnt even have his red mask.....how hard would it have been to color it red? belfour has his new mask, why doesnt joesph?  Theo Fluery is on the sharks?!?!?!??!?!?!
