« on: November 21, 2002, 06:10:24 PM »
Im wondering cause Ive thought about buying it. Is it worth buying all around at this time? Theres not many games out there to play online(that I know of at least). I was thinking either buy it now or wait till 03.

um you don\'t need a seperate modem if you are using dialup.  BB is the way to go though.

yeah, If you have a broadband connection (Cable, DSL, ISDN) then most def.  Socom, by itself, is good enough reason to buy the netowrk adapter.  And there are plenty of more games to come that will be online.

Its true. With Tony Hawks, you can hook up a USB modem and play it online. The new online games WILL require the network connection adapter though. As far as I know, THPS3 is the only game that supports this method
