Probably twice. I know I returned a game to EB when the Saturn was still getting new games, but I can\'t remember what it was. I aslo returned a crappy racing game I bought at Best Buy. They let me exchange it for a different title even though it was opened, but only because the one I bought was the last copy, and I didn\'t make a deal about whether or not it was defective.

I recieve more games for free and buy so many that trading is my only option with such a small budget.  I am a faithful supporter of the EB 14-day return policy which I use as frequently as possible with almost every game.

Well I just made use of Software Etc\'s return policy.  Being broke or close to it, I didn\'t have the money to waste and keep Shenmue II (which I beat in 3 days), so I traded it in and have a game which should take more than 3 days..... Morrowind!  When I first went to Software Etc this was the game that I wanted but they were fresh out, so I picked up Shenmue, so it looks like I lucked out as this was their last copy and it was used so I got some gamebucks back as well.  This little bitch should take around 200 hours, so all I can say is woohoo.

I do like Ryu now, use the EB 14 day return policy.

I really never have returned a game back in one day. I am always really careful of what I buy. I usually make sure the game is going to be good by renting it or asking one of my friends.

That is weird
