Worth every penny?
« on: January 01, 2003, 11:24:04 PM »
Having just bought a new Bass drum for my drumset, I\'m in a money crisis. I have 50 bucks, and wanting to get a video game to hold me off after just about beating THPS4, I am seriously considering VICE CITY.

From what i heard an A+ title. The only problem, I\'m not 18, and my mother is afraid of the "mature sexual content" even though I have a playboy poster on my wall (WTF?!?!?). I\'m thinking about getting it anyway, and just not letting her know, she will forget it in a minute.

But I have read that it can get very very frustrating considering a much bigger level that you can easily get lost in. I am wondering, will it be worth every penny? Or should i wait until the price drops, or pick it up later?

I think it is worth a purchase, I am still playing it after 2 months.

Yes the game world is bigger than GTA3 but you soon learn the city layout. There is a map included with the game to help you also.

Yeah, it\'s worth it. Just tell your mum it\'s not really all that bad.

To be honest, neither did I, but it is a major improvement in every area.

i think they are bigger, one thing that annoyed me about gta3, is like when you got a new city, u do missions int he city u was on b4, then start doing missions actually on the new island, but though your home was on the 3rd island, u never actually done missions on there, u was still doing them on the 2nd island etc

I\'m not sure, it did something similar a couple of weeks ago, then went back to normal.
