Have u noticed that James Bond is the smartest,the most qualified, the most talented human EVER?
In each episode he has TONS of skills.

Only in Die Another Die he knows Cubanish,Martial Arts,fencing,rallying,controlling an ice vehicle,mesmorised the whole manual of his new car,he is good enough at targeting that he can shoot mines while moving on a hovercraft,knows how to pilot a helicopter,he is so much into meditation he can stop his heartbeats plus even more I cant think of.

He mustnt have time even for the WC if everyday  he is training,reading, meditating,driving, accomplishing missions etc.

The hero has an unlimited # of bullets until its time to kill the big boss...

Even though the victim is running and the killer is walking in a slasher film, the killer still catches up...

In a stand-off, where 2 characters are busy pointing guns right at each other, no more than 3 feet apart, they\'re busy yakking away and telling the other to drop their weapon...JUST SHOOT WHILE THE OTHER IS TALKING!!!

Why does James Bond always get taken prisoner by the villain, then the next day he is guest of honour at a huge feast with the villain treating him like royalty.

The bad guy them tells someone to kill bond after he has dined with him and let him go. Why not just kill him at the earliest opportunity?

Why do clocks on bombs not work properly?

When they show the clock (most commonly a red digital clock), it counts down at a normal speed, then when the camera cuts away with only 9 seconds left, there can be up to half a minute of footage showing the hero\'s trying to excape, then it cuts back to the clock, and there are still 3 seconds left.

Also, why are baddies so crap at shooting, an Rambo is so good?

Why do the bad guys always leave them to die? Example: strapping them to a bomb, alone, in a cell. Of course they get out! Why not just blow their mother ****ing faces off?!?!?!

Also; why is it that everytime in an action/fighting movie the good guy wins?!?! I want to see a good movie, with a TOTALLY origional plot, I mean bad guy as main character, he wins. His plot, His way. Dear god that is my dream to flip the movie dream around.

There is actually a somewhat logical explantion about this! The victum, who is always running usually ends up falling over and over, sometimes even twisting their ankle or hurting themselves, thus slowing them down. Also, most the time, the victum loses the killer - when in "reality" he is just taking a shortcut to where the victum may be goin!

I was talking about TV shows several years ago with a buddy of mine who was black.  Actually I\'ve had this conversation a couple times with different black people come to think about it.

Anyway we were talking about the difference in writing in sitcoms and how some are so basic and some are more complex.  Using Friends as an example I was just saying that you just don\'t see every joke coming and that\'s what makes it funny.

Both black people I spoke with didn\'t like the show, why?  Because there wasn\'t a single black person in it.

I asked them why do they need a black friend?  It is extremely common to have a group of friends all the same race.  I would actually find it odd if they had a single black friend.  I would look past it as the casting director trying to just stick a black person in.  I guess they just couldn\'t step over that hurdle and never gave the show a chance because of it.  Heck, there are no white people in that show "My wife and kids" with Damon Wayans and I watched it.

I dunno, maybe it\'s because I\'m not a racist that I just don\'t think at all about color and our need to try and make everyone happy.  Do the casting that seems right.

Any of you watch Hidden Hills?  Very funny show, but I think you have to be an adult with a lid to really enjoy it.  Anyway, they have black friends and it is very natural.  Great show.


OK, back to the topic.

How come in some car chases when the cop is on foot he has the ability to run over cars and jump from car to car and virtually keep up with the car that is speeding away?

Also how come every time they think they are hiding and they turn down a narrow alleyway, the other car always comes in from the opposite side?

Heh, you rag on him for his use of the word Episode, but you didn\'t mention how mesmorized bond was with the owner\'s manual of his car?  Or that he knows Cubanish?  Or that unicron thinks he can get his sentence to go on forever with the simple use of a few commas?

How is it in some crime shows, the investigators can take footage from a crappy parking-lot camera and use some magic computer to zoom in about 10000x  and "un-pixelate" it so they can read the smallest text on a perscription bottle in someone\'s back seat.

Why is it that whenever a criminal gets taunted by the investigators they always confess and tell every little detail about why they did it, although they may have spent years just planning the perfect crime.

Why in "The Lord of the Rings" does Legolas (sp?) the Elf never get dirty, but Aragorn stay\'s dirty & greasy no matter what happens to him (he even dreams about being clean).
