You\'ll probably find that there\'s been terrorists caught trying to enter USA, UK, Australia etc with nukes before, but could you imagine the fear and crazy crap that would go on if the governments told the media. People would go nuts, probably run to there local stores and buy everything. In the governments eyes, the less you know, the better.

I wouldn\'t be surprised if you could find the plans on the net somewhere... although some governments probably scan for people searching for crap like that, then come knocking on your door asking why you\'re looking for them
