From what I hear, the plant was camouflaged so that it couldn\'t be photographed from the air, protected by electrical fences and armed soldiers, and managed by a general. One of our soldiers was injured by an explosive booby trap at that plant... if this was a plant designed to produce shampoo or something, then fine. I guess them Iraqis are uptight about industrial espionage.
Other inspectors have said they have been to that area earlier this year. They said they did not find anything there in the area before.
So perhaps they missed it? Or the US planted it (no pun intended), or modified an already existing plant? Which one is more believable?
