One question....
« on: March 19, 2003, 10:21:38 AM »
When the *good* guys win this war( and they will) and somehow it turns out saddam had NOTHING anyone said he had. What then? Will you still feel the same way considering some were arguing thats the reason war was necessary?

Just something that popped into my head a few minutes ago.

A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.-George Washington

There\'s also the argument of human rights...

But yes, if nothing is found, then it would look pretty bad...
July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.
