Whats most intriguing?
« on: April 14, 2003, 05:34:57 PM »
I\'m am going to beat both Zelda and Skies of Arcadia very soon, and those are the last console games unbeaten at the moment.  I do have Dark Cloud 2, but am fed up with it at the moment.  I\'m a consistent Madden and World Series Baseball player, but need something fresh.  After completing Zelda & Skies, I\'m going to spend some time completing C&C: Generals, but other than that I\'m in need of something new and fun.  Here are some ideas, some will come sooner than others, but these are some upcoming releases that really intrigue me, I need some support on what to get.

  • NBA Street Vol. 2, coming out for PS2, X-Box, and GC.  It\'s looking to be a decent game, and a change from the traditional sim style games from EA.
  • Final Fantasy Origins/Final Fantasy Chronicles - I know Chronicles is fairly cheap, and Origins won\'t be either upon release, 4 games for roughly $50... that\'s not bad.  Plenty of time to spend with those.
  • WarCraft III: Frozen Throne, not due out til June, but something nice to consider.  My worthwhile adventures in WCIII may be revisited to prepare for this expansion, Blizzard never lets up with these.
  • Elder Scrolls III:  Tribunal (OUT) and/or Bloodmoon (JUNE) - I\'m feeling both of these.  Morrowind was a great experience, and I have wanted to try Tribunal for months but never got the time to do so, Tribunal would be a good time killer leading me to Bloodmoon.

Those are really what I\'m considering at the moment.  What do you guys think?
\"In the last 12 months 100,000 private sector jobs have been lost and yet you\'ve created 30,000 public sector jobs. Prime Minister, you cannot carry on forever squeezing the productive bit of the economy in order to fund an unprecidented engorgement of the unproductive bit. You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt.\" - Daniel Hannan
