just got Eyetoy and Tomb Raider yesterday

I got Tomb Raider and Eyetoy yesterday and I have to admit,I\'m impressed with both!

Eyetoy is the next step up in Bemani games and it\'s funny,groundbreaking,crazy and this will be successful.
It\'s easy to set up and there\'s 12 games to play, loads of effects to use in the playroom, multiplayer and even the chance to record your own video message!
It\'s a step up from Dance Mat games and it\'s just so much fun to play!

Tomb Raider - well I really like it and if it aint broke then don\'t fix it as they say.I think Eidos would have liked more time but this may be the final verion anyway,although they got the extension till the end of this week to beat the end of financial year deadline.
It\'s still the old format they use with a few nice touches and obviously the big step up graphically but overall I know some of you love it and some of you hate it but I\'m enjoying it and I\'m a huge Tomb Raider fan anyway.

We have had a demo eyetoy at work all week, quite good fun but I don\'t think I will be buying one. The best game is the "Kung Foo" one which features the voice of Burt Kwouk who played Kato in the Pink Panther movies.

Its not the greatest thing since sliced bread but it is damn fun to some people i guess, (including me. Sorry for the bias). Just saying.

Eye Toy was on display at my EB the other day..

It actually looked kinda fun.  Except for all the little punk kids trying to get in on the action while people were trying to play.

It\'s 100% reliable picking up motion, easy to set-up and start playing, it\'s so simple a monkey could play it. It\'s also fun, very fun infact. You\'ll be dancing in your chair when playing Beat Freak and Boogie Down (well I did I just got carried away) and I like the "pose for a photo" when you set a new high score. Sony have got something special here and there will implement it in their AAA PS2 games in the future, with WRC3 being the first will The Getaway 2, Killzone be next to follow ? lets hope so has it\'s badass. Just imagine the possibilites, hand to hand combat in The Getaway 2. The camera sweeps into first person view for example and you duke it out with some MOFO on the street or Killzone you could use it to cock your gun, change clips, throw genades etc.

Can you explain what all the games are about? this thing looks very cool, I want to get my hands on one.

Racer these are what the games are about:

1)Beat Freak - you have to punch these speakers in each corner every time a cd goes over one,and it gets faster and faster with more and more coming on each one.

2)Kung Foo - very cool,with little men coming from the top and bottom of each side of the screen and you have to punch them away and you gain a power up every time you manage to knock the main guy who flies over on a cloud.Plus you get bonus levels where you smash blocks which gains you more points.

3)Wishi Washi - now this hurts your arms! you stand behind a window and you have to wave your arms from side to side cleaning windows set to guess what? the old george formby song.this game is addictive and painful!

4)Keep Ups - self explanitory really but cool,you have to keep a ball up with your shoulders and head and you earn more points by knocking the people that hang out of the windows.you can cheat by using your arms but eventually you don\'t need to.

5)Boxing Chump - you stand in a ring and earn points by trying to knock out a robot opponent.great at first but a bit boring not long after.

6)UFO Juggler - you have to spin ufos round with your hands and send them into orbit but if they turn red after a short time they blow up unless you let them turn green again.and you have to stop a evil ship that flies past shooting electric bolts at you.

7)Slapstream - you have to knock these evil rats off clouds and it\'s okay but a bit tedious

8)Plate Spinner - set in the jungle (?!?) and you have to spin plates with your hands and keep these little bastard rats from climbing up and knocking them off.

9)Boogie Down - the disco queen toushes these lights and you have to copy her afterwards

10)Ghost Catcher - it\'s wierd and I don\'t fully understand this but you have to basically catch ghosts by waving your hand over them.

11)Mirror Time - crazy as hell! you have to touch a light in the corner of the screen (one in each corner) and then it turns you upside down or back to front etc, and you have to remember which one you touched.it\'s confusing but fun.

12)Rocket Rumble -  very remeniscent of Fantavision where on this you get a sequence of coloured fireworks and set them off together and get higher points.not bad at all.

I\'ve got into it now and it\'s really cool cause you can use effects in the playroom as well and record video messages but they take up space on your memory card.I\'ve been going out and also playing Tomb Raider AoD.

does anybody know apart from T.H.U.G and Play 2 if there will be any more games to use the USB Camera later this year?
