It was probably b/c he was high at the time.

Not surprised

been doing it since I was 14

I\'m 34

Recently went back to school after I was laid off from Boeing

So far after one year my GPA is 3.97

I also did a research paper for psychology on medicinal marijuana. There was a test done in Europe. I believe England. They researched individuals who smoked pot sometimes, all the time, never, and a few who did and quit.

IQ scores for those who smoked 5+ joints a day had a decrease in IQ. (No surprise here. If you\'re smoking 5+ j\'s a day then your obviously not spending much of your  time excersing the mind)

Those who smoked less then 5 joints a day to occasionally actually had a 5 point increase in IQ

Those who did and quit maintained status quo

all the above situations were compared to those indivduals who never smoked mj.

I can go on and on about the BS the Gov feeds the masses in its "War on Drugs"

I do agree that narcotics (cocaine, heroine, methaphetamine) are very dangerous and should remain illegal, but soft drugs of organic nature should be tolerated and decriminalized.

Fact !!! Alcohol is more dangerous in short and long term effects then mj is.

Too much of everything is just enough !!!!

Naw , anybody obsessed with anything is going to cause damage to oneself. Heck there are a few people around here with damaging video game habits.

Take to much aspirin over a lifetime and you might get sever ulcers.

Drink too much, eat too much, smoke too much, jerk off too much.

I rather be on the road with someone high, because that man is goin\' be goin\' as slow as possible..As opposed to the man who is drunk and is speeding and can\'t walk a straight line.. That\'s just my two cents.

I don\'t smoke pot, but I see no valid reason not to make it legal.

You can say it\'s bad for you, but so is smokin\' and that\'s legal.

Sounds like your friend here was doing the classic 5+ joints a day routine.

Thats a damaging habit. But since your friend is so young I have to believe he has his hands in harder stuff. 5+ joints a day would take 20 + years and probably more then that to have that kind of effect.

Heck Keith Richards had a lifetime of major abuse to get like that, your friend smoked pot during his high school years and he has the dialect of Ozzy Osbourne (another lifetime abuse award recipient, and awesome musician)

Has to be the harder stuff.

I studied this as well and yes i have smoked the chiba and not that often. Actually, i think people are mostly against it because it is labeled as a drug and it is a "gateway" drug. Alcohol is basically still considered a drug but isnt displayed or advertised as one. I mean it kills braincells. Thats what alcohol does. Smoking too. I think its the fact that weed gets you out of it quicker and say you spend 50 bux on a quarter ounce. If you are responsible enough, it will last you, (depending on wether or not you are a lightweight etc). Alcohol first and formost is a downer if you put it in a category and alcohol can make ones mood worse. Violence can also be provoked where weed is exaclty the opposite, (unless you are just a cranky ass smoker). That said i do find certain things wrong with weed as well as anything else, but under certain regulation i belive it would fine. As for responsiveness, I belive that smoking 5 times a day is rediculous. Its reckless and retarded. Its like being drunk 2/3 of the day. But if its clean weed then it isnt that bad in the right hands.

Smoking and driving of course would be illegal and smoking in the household etc and carrying weed would be leagal. If companies produced it then it could bring more money into the country and maybe they could ban the independent selling of it. Of course if they raise the prices then thats not kool.

W/E I have talked to much and wasted my time. I just think that people make it out to be worse than it is but responsibility is important.

Ok Im done.
