It\'s a pain.
I started getting the errors a couple days ago, rarely, but then today it began to happen to me every few minutes. The only way I could work on my PC was to disconnect my cable modem entirely. It was a very frustrating experience. I was actually going to attempt to post the same exact topic as this one (I got the screenshots of the error boxes, too).
But then after several attempts to find out what was wrong (I couldn\'t search the \'net for help because I was getting booted so often), I decided to reinstall Norton Antivirus and scanned my whole system. Up popped "msblast.exe" and eventually I found out the problem was a not-so-little virus named "W32.Blaster.Worm." You can find information about it
here, and as stated earlier, install the patch from Microsoft\'s website to fix things up.
It\'s been a few hours since I\'ve gotten the error, so hopefully things are working...
