Little summary. Japan voted to help the Americans in Iraq by sending troops there. Opposition party in the legislature tried to delay passage of that bill...and this is what happened.

I think its nice that not all countries are criticizing Bush for the war.

I have seen quite a few clips of this sort of thing over the years. It happens quite regularly in Japan.
