i heard the release date is 28th of october just check amazon and it\'s on sale yay . now i need to get a copy..

Been a long time since akramh has posted..

I don\'t think there\'s all that much interest in the game around these parts. And if their is, I think it\'ll be from PC owners, rather than PS2\'s..

Well, the PS2 game is set for release in January. Perhaps you\'ll get more anticipation and discussion then.

While I\'m here...does anyone know what they decided about the whole hard drive issue? Is it still required to play FFXI on the PS2?

if you read that carefully enough that is the PC version not the PS2 version. that isnt out till early next year.

ps2 version requires hard drive

you have to pay 99 dollars and it comes with ffxi so in the sense the hdd cost 50 bucks - bad thing is its not a 40gb as before i think its only 8gb like xbox - still no biggie really

Like I could even begin to use 40gb on a game console, and it\'s much cheaper than I thought it would be...good news.

o yeah i heard about those world passes.. and it\'s random isn\'t it ... o damit lol. well i hope i will see my friends their if i can convince them to come anyway lol.
