Load page before opening???

Does anyone here know where I can get a script for making a page load all of it\'s elements before opening the page?  I don\'t want to have buttons popping in one at a time.  I would rather the full page wait untill all buttons are loaded and then show them at once.  I\'m having a rough time searching for the script.
