Well if you were gonna get aids, im assuming she has aids... if she has aids there is a good chance her kid will have aids. And come on, inbreeding isnt gonna work :P

If you get Aids then it would be from her, and if she has Aids then her kids will definately get it, so chances are you\'ll both die together and her kid would die too.
