I have seen it in some shitty television show "Sunset Beach", they use that "motion blurr" effect.

They do it in some episodes of the original star trek, and some crappy made for TV movies to make the women look younger and more attractive. It makes their skin look smoother and less wrinkled. :D

WIth a video camera you just stretch a chick\'s stocking over the lens real tight.  Depending on how sheen the stockings are you can get some major softening effects.

Whoever first designed stockings was a genius, they make some of the best air filters too!

You could also get a Pro Mist filter, but that\'d be the expensive way.
