VCD on PS2?
« on: March 02, 2004, 02:19:41 AM »
Is it possible to watch VCDs burnt by a PC on a PS2?

I have Nero6 and Pinnacle Studio8 software, but I can\'t get it to work. Am I wasting my time?

Any advice on recording format or tricks?

yeah, ps2 will only play dvd video, psx, and ps2 games only.

You can play your VCD on standalone DVD player.  Some dvd player let you play VCD.

umm... well the forum mods/admins are quite strict about any posts regarding adding extra features to a PS2 so i will only say this.. it is possible to play MP3,DIVX and other AVI files on a ps2 but as for VCDs well thats not possible as far as i know.
