Bios problem

my bios keeps resetting!  which means putting my processor speed back, and chaning my boot set-up (likes to start with the floppy).

anyone know why?

the MOBO is a gigabyte GA 7n400 pro I have only had this for about a year.

bios battery could be not in properly or it could be dead...  check and replace if need be.
