action replay max probs...

I have a ps2 and action replay max,broadband adapator etc, when i use the sony \'get connected disc\' i can connect sign in read messages reveiws etc...all ok, BUT when i try to connect to the action replay max server, disc and card in ps2, it refuses to connect, out of 100 trys it will connect 2 times but wont download anything from the comunity section,. HELP !!!!!!!
