So Catwoman settled on a surprising 10% (surprising it got that high).  And Taxi right now is at 11%:

Don\'t people look at the scripts and just know that the movie is going to be horrible?  C\'mon.. a woman rapper who drives a taxi that pimps out at the touch of button helps a stupid cop nab bank robbers that are supermodels who drive a BMW on spinners!?  It\'s a winner!

It\'s our own fault that movies like this get made.  THere is absolutely no reason for anyone to drop a dollar on it, yet it probably will still make money.

actually, this is a copy of a french movie called.. taxi.

there is 3 in the series (taxi1, taxi2, taxi3 ah!)

and all 3 are excellent movies.

the stories and car are different, but loads of similarities.

Yeah, they spent 5 years making this crap and all we get is 90 minutes of crap and then the producer came right out and had to apologize for letting us all down...

teh ghey would be the proper rating for this movie, they piced the worst people to play the roles to boot.
