The Forgotten

I went to go see this movie today and i have to say that im impressed. Im surprised nobody has said anything about this one. When i first saw the trailer i expected a fair amount but after seeing how much it made and how little people were talking about it i just assumed it was bad.

I know a good few of you are sci fi buffs and i know a lot of you are picky but just check this one out. You might not like it but i think its worth the matinee.


BTW: I never thought id hear white people talk so much in a damn movie. I went to the best theater and it was just like the ghettoplex.

Ok I saw this at a friend house and lost interest through half of the movie. What was going on with her looking up in the sky and the FBI being after her? We were all wondering why is this happening to her. I mean at first it makes no sense at all. It starts of telling you nothing.  So what was really going on? Was it what I think it was?

See i never saw that trailer. If you go to fandango.com the trailer they have for it is the one i saw. There were a few parts where it was a bit dumb in terms of the dialogue but nothing significant enough to make it a bad movie. Im glad i didnt see the trailer with the woman being sucked up. It would have taken out more of the story than i was willing to see. But maybe thats just me. Obviously it isnt top notch considering its sales.

Like i said, I know a lot of people are picky but if you can accept certain things in the movie then it makes it pretty good. Im sure it doesnt matter much here but i dont want to just flat out say things in the movie.

[SP]A hard part that people would have to get over is the fact that aliens are doing the manipulating. The trailer i saw didnt fully leave that as a surefire answer so it made things a bit more interesting.[/SP]

Its a tough one to love i guess, but under my circumstances it turned out to be a pretty good movie, especially since i like this type of movie. Not to common these days.
