Has anyone tried this yet?

I found THIS  topic on another forum telling of a glitch that opens up territories in the other cities.

After trying it out myself, I was actually fairly surprised to find that it does actually work.

Has anyone else heard of/tried it?

Never heard of that, I have taken over 54 territories all but one were in Los Santos and the games says I have 100% of them. Weird indeed.

I have got to try this.

They probably intended for gang wars to play an even bigger role but found that it became boring and they scaled it back.

Where can I get the boat he talks about? Squallo III?

By the way, when the game ends, can you still take over territories? I hope so.

1) The squallo is probably one of the 3 boats you unlock at the boating license place

I used the lear jet type plane, it worked ok with that

I don\'t know, but you don\'t need to use it, any boat or plane works.

I havent tried doing this yet but theres a vagos territory in Las Vebturas by the boating school but there are no vagos around. Any baiting tips?

I know what you mean it took me about 10 minutes to find some. I just jacked a car and drove around the area until some showed up. There was only one wave too after it provoked a gang war, hardly worth the effort.

That\'s one of the territories I still have left.

I\'ve decided not to bother with this glitch. I don\'t want to have territories in the water and stuff that I can\'t get.

I wish there was a way to establish a territory instead of just being able to take them over.

Yea when you glitch it out, some territories appear in the country where there are very few people and some are in the water where there aren\'t any.  Kinda hard to start a gang war that way.
