MxO - Matrix Online

Well LIC asked me about it in another thread. So I thought I would give my first impressions.

The world is flipping cool as hell and appears to be huge the beta seems to have you locked down to a smaller section but still very nice.

The combat sucks ass!!! I dont know if it because I dont know what the hell Im doing or what but its got this bar at the top where you can "load" your learned moves and then you just need to click them click the guy or what no I dunno I died 10 times and Im a gamer can usuall ypick up anything after a few death but this seems rather difficult.

Next I want to add that AOL intergrated with it....(GREAT /sarcasmn) and there is a little box lower left side that allows chat. Wich is actually kinda cool cause once you get a clan you can pick clan chat or one on one chat.

I meet this little hottie that should me the way.

Character creation is very cool and leveling up reminds me of KOTOR. All I enjoyed my time in the Matrix and look forward to playing it for the next 3-4 weeks. I just wish the beta server was on more than just noon to midnight.

Dah that sucks.  The mindless combat in EtM is something I loved.  Looks like they try to make it all complex in this one.  Can you fly & what\'s the monthly fee?

I heard combat was turn based, not real time.  True?

If it\'s not real-time, then the game is doomed anyway :/

I would have to say that yes it seems turned based more like KOTOR but in the same sense if you pic the right combos and when you get good enough you can make it so the person your fighting never really has a "turn".

I was really clumsy at the figthting ascpect and after another two hours last night I was kicking tons of ass.

As for a fee I dont belive that was been mentioned I\'m in as a BETA tester so until it sells on Jan 18th I\'m gold.
