I guess that PC2100 is your safest bet, but you\'re better off finding out exactly what your motherboard can handle.

There\'s a good chance that it\'s capable of PC3200 (DDR400) if it\'s a new (2002-2004) mobo.

I have 2 sticks of Corsair V Ram (it\'s DDR), although I have the pc3200, but here is a link to 512 MB of pc2100.

A 256 MB chip is only $38.  You are probably wondering why this is cheaper than your PC133.... but trust me this stuff is twice as fast.  You can get the 512 MB for under 80 bucks.

Anything thats not DDR isnt worth your time basically.

question: Wasnt RD about the same speed or faster? I just heard that it was unstable or something.

if your computer can support 184 pin DDR, and you\'re in need of a good RAM, get a DDR.

Like JBean and Lord Nicon said, DDR performs better and cost cheaper too than 168 pin.  As strange it may sound, maybe it have to do with the demand and the cost to produce them...
