So this is the game PSM2 was so hyped about, I remember them writing something about them just playing the test level (big shooting range with different objects) was more fun than most games playable at last years E3.

Looks great going by those pics, I bet they are PS2 shots.

Criterion was bought by EA if I remember my video game news correctly.

....and I\'m not even saying directly that it will be bad just becuz of that fact.

But history has taught that any EA published or devved game will suffer the EA influence :

lately i have been fairly optimistic about the Batman Begins game made by EA and Eurocom. I have always enjoyed Eurocom games and technically they\'re certainly great imo.

The new Batman game seems very nice imo... that is until I read this part of the preview at gamesradar http://gamesradar.msn.co.uk/previews/default.asp?pagetypeid=2&articleid=35619&subsectionid=1596  :

"If this is an attempt to infuse Hollywood moments into the game, it works - but at a cost, as the game draws you in then promptly breaks its spell.

In fact, the whole game is feeling a little bit premeditated just now, with icons popping up at windows, ladders and interactive objects, telling you exactly what to do."

The new EA Bond game From Russia with love looks nice too, but also has the trademark EA \'led by the EA hand\' gameaplay ; huge super obvious rectangles and HUD icons to point out exactly what the player should do.

It\'s this cr@p which EA puts in their games just for the mainstream gamers. I absolutely despise them for that. I\'ll bet that the Batman game would be way better if Eurocom did it solely.

Again, I\'m not saying, this Black game will suffer the same EA stamp.

Heck, I might still get the Batman Begins game just to give it (and EA) a fair chance.

I\'m sorry, call me jaded, but just because a magazine dedicated to the PS2 is excited over a game, does not mean I will be. Infact, I take anything these magazines say with less than a grain of salt. I remember The Getaway being the GTA killer and Killzone being the Halo killer.

As for Batman Begins - sign me up. I will play any Batman game. I suffered thru Batman: Dark Tommorw, so how bad can it be?
