I can\'t get the darn thing to boot with the drive hooked up.  Keeps giving me a boot error.  I\'ve tried the jumper in a couple different positions, but it ain\'t helpin.

Man, I\'ve got to do something.  I\'ve got a lot of pron on this disc.  heh.

Well actually I don\'t have any, but I do have a lot of pictures that I really want.  Also have all of my CDs encoded on the darn thing.

Put the HD in another computer as a slave or just secondary drive and see if Widnows sees it.  If so grab all the files you need to another HD.
