Halfway through the movie, it will be revealed that Thomas Haden Church and Topher Grace are playing the same villain: Chameleon. The baddie will become younger and more dashing in order to woo Mary Jane. Director Sam Raimi is looking for a more Dramatic approach, with less emphasis on action.

That explans why they kind of look simalar. info from movies.com

pheh, how can anything in these new movies be spoilers? the story has been rehashed in countless cartoons and comics. if you think any of this are really spoilers, then you\'re not a big enough fan to be complaining. so stfu, pretenders.
