Well, PCs are constantly upgrading so it\'s expected to keep up with the consoles.  If I read correctly we should have variants of the gpu\'s running Xbox 360 and PS3 no later than next year.

I\'m sure the Xbox 360 can do better, Kameo is after all a launch game, not to mention the developers received final dev kits no more than two weeks ago.

I still think it looks nice.  :shrugs:

This looks great. Certainly when taking in considering the fact that the game\'s code originate from Cube to Xbox.

Here at the studio we\'re busy on a Xbox360 Live ,cartoonly style game kind of like this style. But this Kameo is now very very polished with some very cool FX. I see the polycount has gotten a boost as well.

Good job Rare. Unfortunately , PD zero still looks mediocre imo.

I didnt say it looks bad.Its just that I expected better visual quality compared to todays available standards judging from the quality of these pics.As I said the real deal might be better. This isnt my absolute idea of how this game is.
I am only saying that these pics are no indication of the quality of the real deal and I am not saying that this is XBOX360\'s fault either since it can do better than that.

This is what has me worried about the gameplay.

Disappointing...but you probably already know you\'d be wasting your time.

I\'m not a computer guy so I can\'t get into this argument, but ATi\'s R600 and Nvidia\'s 7800 (is that wrong?), variants of the R500 and RSX, will be out within the next year or so.  The fact that we\'ll have graphics cards better than or at least equal to PS3 and Xbox 360 by next year should indicate that PC\'s aren\'t far behind.

SLI 7800 (That\'s two cards) > 360\'s variation of the ATi\'s x800 GT and PS3\'s single 7800.

There are other matters to be applied, but it\'s fairly understood that you can build a PC better than any "next gen" system right now.

Hmmm...this makes me wonder about the computer CPU though.

If you have top of the line motherboard and CPU, and top of the line graphic card.  even if it does outperform XBOX360 or PS3.  How much will this computer cost though?

XBOX360 and PS3 runs at 3.2 GHz CPU, while Computer are starting to get nearly 4 GHz and probably reach 4 GHz by the end of this year.

It\'s fair to compare console\'s CPU to computer\'s CPU?  Will a 4 GHz computer outperform a 3.2 GHz console?

Current cpu\'s vs Cell ?

Anyway, the comparison is futile becuz what pc developer is pushing such performance right now, let alone a finished game.

Also, you can always build a super computer \'now\' ; but at what cost and who\'s making games for it that take advantage to the fullest of that hardware ????

We arent supposed to see an available game exploiting enough the capabilities of an unaffordable super PC to show the same results of an unreleased next gen console so soon.
