LIC,..will be just fine...our bodies adjust to any schedule we put on it...just like when you haven\'t worked out in awhile...at first your muscles are sore,...then when you do it two or three times a week, your body adjusts...and i believe everybody\'s structure is different to some degree. by that i mean and i\'ve seen this alot is where you might have someone that\'s smoked for decades..and still live a long life and someone that hasn\'t smoked at all with a similar lifestyle will live just as long....
I think it has to do with the tolerance of the individual\'s body...some people can watch a football game with no shirt on in freezing temperature\'s (white folk)..while others can\'t.."me"...(black folk)..
