hmmm..nobody responded to this thread...gotta show my man Vid some luv...:fro:...question..do radar detectors really work?....i\'m prone to not trust them,..because on a few occasions i was following somebody using one(back in 93,94) and we flew by this cop on interstate 80 on our way to PA, and at the next stop i asked the guy.."yo, did you see that cop in that hiding spot?..did your radar go off?"...dude said that the radar didn\'t go off so maybe that cop was just sleep, but i have heard that some troopers have what they call an instant on radar...something that can counter traditional radar\'s....they clock your speed just as you\'re right on them..and you have no time to slow down, even if you are using a radar dectector....not sure if that is true or not but that is what i\'ve heard....
