Try using a host that allows unlimited bandwidth.

http://www.photodump.com [they put a watermark on the image unless you pay for the service, unlimited bandwidth, not sure about filetypes]
http://www.imageshack.us [no watermark, unlimited bandwidth, many different file types]
http://www.powimage.com [no watermark, can only use .jpg or .jpeg files, unlimited bandwidth]
http://www.tinypic.com [no watermark, unlimited bandwidth, they even allow video hosting now, various file types supported]
http://www.xs.to [no watermark, unlimited bandwidth, various filetypes, but you have to get at least 1 hit per month on the image or it will be deleted]
