Course if you would have done that there would have gone your recourse for civil litigation (which the guy settled with)....

I won\'t like to you, as gross as that is, 6 months, with 2 years probation sure seems steep.

whelp i probably would have just lost my civil litigation then....i\'d have to crash him in his grill then, tell him.."you\'ll be hearin from my lawyer"....i think it\'d be pretty hard to control yourself after somebody did something like that...especially if you don\'t know that person....but apparently as stated here the guy went to court and was sentenced for it...

eh..i kinda made that up..when i was growing up there were alot of jokes that  started off as "there was a white man chinese man and a black man"...long story short the joke always ended with the black guy gettin the best of other two....or if you were white then the white person ended up getting the best of the other two and etc...sorta like knock knock jokes....
