A major terrist plot is alledged to have been foiled in Toronto today.  18 suspects (5 under 18 and unidentified) have been arrested for alledgedly plotting major bombings of locations in Toronto and Ottawa including the Parliament Buildings and CSIS headquarters in Toronto.  They had all components necessary to construct explosive devices (three tonnes of fertilizer, triple the amount of the Oaklahoma bombing).  

Scary day, although it\'s comforting to know that they have actually been under acute surveilance for months now, and there was probably little danger that the agencies monitoring them would allow anything to procede to a dangerous point.
