I don\'t exactly hate them, but I wouldn\'t go so far as to say I like them. I\'m quite happy to have one in my room as long as it stays in the corner of the ceiling, if it starts venturing down the wall to a height wher I can comfortably grab it, it will go through the bathroom window.

I don\'t really believe in killing spiders for some reason.
Don't waste your words I don't need anything from you. I don't care where you've  been or what you plan to do. I am the resurrection and I am the light. I  couldn't ever bring myself to hate you as I'd like.

Ill have to take a few pics of the spiders in my shop. The largest Ive killed are a little bigger than my fist. Ive seen 6 or more in one day before. They\'ve become an everyday thing at this point. Back when I lived with my parents in our lakehouse, we would have Banana spiders in the overgrown lot beside us. THOSE bastards are scarry looking. and BIG too.

Dude, Florida has some of the creepiest bugs ever. Once in awhile we get grasshoppers that grow to about 5" long. If you touch them, they hiss.

I think it might be a hobo spider, they are about that size. The thing is hobo spiders don’t exist here naturally, they came here when the Öresund Bridge was built and emigrated from Denmark up here.
What? Is that for real? I\'ve never ever seen anything remotely like it.

It might be identified now.. I e-mailed the Skansen Aquaria and they replied that it might be a "large swedish house spider".. I did some searching and found out that these suckers are pretty rare and cause lots of hysteria when found because of their size, which is exactly what happened here. ;)

The body size is about 2cm, while the width of the legs can get up to 6cm, so its pretty much spot on which the one I found.

Fast, no reason to go all way up to Svalbard, join me here in the land of fire and ice no bad insects, no snakes, no reptiles no nothing. Just .... unicorns and care bears

Ever since I got treated by a young foxy nurse from Iceland, I\'ve always wanted to visit your wonderful country. :D

If you really have no insects, thats just a plus on the side. ;)

Yes, its true. :( Apparently they travel by TRAIN over the bridge and into the country. They have been found on the man made island by the bridge and later in Ystad.

So make sure to check under your bed, Samwise. ;)
