GameStop/EB taking Wii-orders starting...

i dont know why im looking forward to the marvel title. I tried the PC demo of the x-men one and i hated it. Was too RPG-ish. But this one seems a little more actiony and there arent those stupid circles underneath the players.. Just seems they changed it in the right places.

Plus me and 3 friends, or online sounds fun.

The Wii version won\'t be online. Not out of the box anyway. None of the launch titles are.

that kind of sucks..Is there an ethernet plug in the wii or do you have to buy an addon?

I take back what i said about the x-men games. Decided to re-download the demo (of the second game) to help me decide getting marvel and i loved it. Not sure what changed..maybe i was dumb back then and i couldnt really figure out the buttons, lol.

The only thing i wish marvel had was nightcrawler and gambit...get rid of nick fury, luke cage (never even heard of that guy), invisible woman, storm, and/or iceman

Wii is WiFi only. If you need to use ethernet, you\'ll need a USB adapter.

Wifi only is good - an option only available to the PS3 via the supreme mega expensive pack or I\'m sure through an add-on for the limited version and via a very expensive add-on for the 360.  So, if you don\'t have a wireless router now, it\'s time to invest for the 3 or 4 Nintendo titles that actually support online play.

As for online for Marvel Ultimate Alliance, is it reported that you can play 4 players online for all the other versions?  That\'s pretty awesome if true and might be worth picking up if that\'s the case, but I haven\'t read up on it enough apparently.  Oh how I miss the classic beat em ups like X-Men and the Avengers...

No online launch games for Wii. None scheduled until 07.

Probably still working out the network.

But I love WiFi for its ease of setup. I had the Xbox via wireless router and game adapter. And unplugged it and moved it into the 360.

But I wouldn\'t screw with the wires every time I wanted to go between it and PS3. WiFi is a must for me. DS is so simple because of it.

Troubleshooting is much easier and needed much less often, too.
