Are you sure about this, because if that is true then there would be no need for a price cut,... sony\'s not movin\' units the way that they would have liked to have seen.... that $600 price tag was just too high for the average consumer,...and i understand that this is a great deal because of the blu-ray player, but at the end of the day people consider this thing a gaming system.. eight months after this thing is launched and already a price cut? sales were slow and they needed to do something about it.
..... Thats why Sony is offering a price drop, a free remote, extra controller (at circuit city), and 5 free blu-ray movies, and that other SKU comes with motorstorm.
Of course i have a remote, more than 5 blu ray movies, 4 controllers, motorstorm, and i installed a 120 gb HDD, bought all that shit by its self, and camped out for 3 days for the US launch. (i was with friends who are real party animals and they let us do what we wanted)
