don\'t nail guns have a mechanism that requires it to be pushed firmly against a surface to be able to fire?

the one in the hand is somewhat understandable, but the others are just odd, especially the ones in the head.

A lot of times the safety gets disabled.  There are a lot of morons out there.

Also what happens is the gun can go off when you have a jammed nail and you are cleaning it out or heck, right when you apply the air.

I think someone "accidentally" shot his skull in the 4th one. It is perfectly driven though his skull as if someone placed it there.
